What People Are Saying

Nicole has an excellent understanding of the IEP process and its ups and downs. Let her experience and knowledge help you and your family help your child get a great start in life. I wish I had her experience from the beginning, but I am so glad to have it now. Getting an IEP setup is an emotional and stressful process. She will help you navigate through it and have a positive experience. After all us special needs parents go through, why not do what you can to reduce the stress of the IEP!

Nicole came in and helped when I was at my breaking point. The stress was unreal; I was beyond lost and felt hopeless. As parents, we want to advocate for our babies. She respectfully and patiently knew precisely how to handle things when I felt like I was being ignored and steamrolled by our team. She continued to work to bring the group to an agreement that would be what my daughter needed. Beyond the time spent with us in the meetings, she did tons of work with documentation and preparation behind the scenes, that I believe saved us.”

“Nicole gave me a voice in IEP meetings when I felt unheard. I used to go to these meetings feeling helpless and hopeless as I felt that my concerns were not being addressed when I would have IEP meetings. I hired Nicole who explained her processed in extreme detailed – I understood that she not only takes time to discuss and understand your situation, but she will spend relentless hours going through paperwork from previous IEP meetings -which can be very extensive – so she can truly understand your situation.  When it came the day for her to attend the meeting, she was extremely prepared. She knew my child, my child’s needs and my concerns as a parent inside out.  During the meeting, I will never forget when she said, “It sounds like mom’s concern are not being acknowledged….” and she went on to express what I was advocating for my child, for the first time ever, I felt heard.  Nicole was supportive before the IEP meeting, during the IEP meeting and even after the meeting.  For those of us who have done a few of them, you know these can be quite emotional and stressful. Ever since, anytime I had an IEP meeting I made sure I had Nicole by my side. Please know that every industry has a cost/price – and know that Nicole’s prices are very reasonable.  People writing reviews about “I am a single mom ..” and complaining about the prices, takes away from the true value that Nicole brings to the table. Focus on the value, knowledge and expertise that Nicole brings to the table.  She is compassionate and a great listener who truly understands what you are going through as she is too an IEP mom and has her own website trying to help other parents navigate this arduous process. Thank you so much for all of your help Nicole! I highly recommend her!

Nicole is very knowledgeable about the IEP process and the laws. She will review your paperwork, provide you resources, answer your questions (all 5 million of them!) and guide you on your child’s individual needs, issues with the school district and the entire IEP process. Most importantly, she is always available and will take the time to talk to you at any time to go over your concerns. She is genuine and compassionate. She wants to help you as a parent in finding your voice and arming yourself with knowledge so that you can be the best advocate for your child during the entire process. She is motivating and encouraging which is so important when you are going through such an emotional and overwhelming process. I would highly recommend Nicole and have already many times. She’s in this field for the right reasons.

“Thank you for your suggestions with M’s IEP. I used your suggested language and everyone looked at me a little crazy, but in a good way! I didn’t realize I had been using the wrong terminology all along. The meeting went much smoother and I was so much less stressed because of your help.”

In my career I’ve worked with a lot of advocates. Working with Nicole was a really positive experience for everyone involved. She asked great questions and listened to what my team had to say without demanding a change. She was willing to be flexible with her requests and explained the process to the parent so well. In the end, the child had everything they needed to make progress. We all left the meeting feeling excited for what is to come. I look forward to many more meetings with Nicole in tow.
